The chairman of SCBC’s (The Swedish Covered Bond Corporation) Board of Directors, Bo Magnusson, has announced that he resigns from the board following the nomination to include him in the Board of Directors of Swedbank AB (publ).
A process for a new chairman of the board has been initiated.
