Sustainability is the foundation of our business
There is a series of challenges that are economically, socially and environmentally related to homes and properties. Through our operations, we want to be part of the solution to many of the challenges facing society.
We do not make a distinction between business goals and sustainability goals – the basis of our entire business must be sustainable.
We have established three strategic and sustainable target areas for the business. Together, these comprise the basis for how we will steer and drive our operations forward in the short and long term to contribute to sustainable societal development.

We contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals
We have identified and prioritized four of the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals, which we consider to be particularly important and relevant to our operations. The selected goals have been decided based on extensive analysis work in the form of internal workshops and ranking exercises in business, management and board. The goals form an integral part of our sustainable management model and thus daily work.
