SBAB Corporate has four customer teams with geographical responsibility for large and mid-sized property companies. We also have a team that is responsible for municipalities and smaller property companies and a team for listed companies and funds. The latter two teams are responsible for customers throughout Sweden.
Greater Stockholm Team
The Greater Stockholm Team is responsible for mid-sized and major property owners and for property companies that are based in Stockholm or whose properties are located in the region.Mälardalen and Northern Sweden Team

The Municipalities and Smaller Property Companies team specialises in the customer segment comprising municipalities and smaller property companies. Our customers are located throughout Sweden.Listed Companies and Funds Team
The Listed Companies and Funds Team specialises in the customer segment comprising companies and funds that own or intend to build up large property portfolios. The team has excellent knowledge of transaction-related property issues. Customers are located throughout Sweden.
